1. Since you don't have a license, you can use the "Set Variable" action to store the Client Secret Key in a variable and mark it as "Sensitive". This way, the value will not be visible in the Power Automate Desktop designer during runtime and will also not be logged in the desktop flow logs.
2. Also you can store the key in a .txt file, read it using the "Read Text from File" action, and then assign the value to a sensitive variable.
