    Above from this link https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/power-automate-licensing/faqs

So, if it contains any of the premium connectors then no, also to run Unattended also free users can't run

If you mean a desktop flow, a user with a free account will not be able to use a shared flow, as sharing requires the use of a cloud portal, and using desktop flows in combination with the cloud portal is only possible when you have a Premium license. The only way to share a desktop flow with someone who does not have a Premium license is by copying it to text files and sharing those files. See here for reference: https://www.wiseowl.co.uk/blog/s2989/copy-flow.htm

    Thanks @Srini007

But if a company buys the premium version: Power Automate process, i.e. a bot, is that possible?

    Hi @theresa0501

So, if you can assign a premium license to the user then below are the benefits

    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-automate/desktop-flows/manage

Above link show to how to share/manage the Desktop flows

Only concern is that if the user wants to run the bot in Unattended mode then you need to have Unattended Addons

The "Power Automate Process" license is used to run flows unattended. It is assigned per environment and not per user. So, everyone who has access to the environment can run flows unattended, but only one flow at a time per "Process" license.

The Premium license allows unattended flows (unlimited) but are assigned per user, so one license allows running flows to a single user.
