Unable to automate a MYOB AccountRight login

Hi all,
I am trying to automate overnight backups of my MYOB AccountRight cloud data to local storage. The problem I have is that when I get to the login credentials page, no matter what I do, it never populates the login name field and just reports button not found or UI element not found depending on what I am trying.

MYOB pops up a login window at this point in the process and PAD does not seem to recognise this (it sees it as I move around that window but not afterwords in the recorded flow). I have tried adding the window as a UI element and then changing focus to it with no luck, I've tried simpler options like clicking on the status bar of that window and then clicking in the login name field but nothing I do works.

ALL of the other parts of the flow work fine and if I run the flow from after this point, it all works.

Has anyone else had trouble with PAD failing to 'see' ui elements in a new Window? Any suggestions gratefully received.

Thanks for the reply.

Screenshot attached. email address is NOT the one we use (for privacy). As you can see, the recorder sees the Next button element but never finds it in the actual flow.

Hello @mhlangensiepen,

As per your screenshot MYOB expecting Email for Sign in, so we cannot do anything from Flow the same.
Consider if you have third party system and you are access from Source System, if third party allows then automatically source system will keep the respective USER name in the Source System.

Thanks for the reply - so PAD cannot action clicking "Next" in the above example?

But also apologies because thinking about this it was never going to work as MYOB wants a response from an authenticator. I can choose a 12 hour 'stay logged in' period and will then have to log and authenticated in less than 12 hours before I want the backup to run. I have a slightly different script that works for a logged in system.
