Hello Expert  ,

I'm  running the following  flow .

My goal is to send an email with the ticket number  to owner of  case incident.

But I m getting error message :

{"errors":[{"message":"The to array is required for all personalization objects, and must have at least one email object with a valid email address.","field":"personalizations.0.to","help":"http://sendgrid.com/docs/API_Reference/Web_API_v3/Mail/errors.html#message.personalizations.to"}]}

( I attached the screen shot)

What is the best  way to proceed ?

What are your suggestion ?

Thank you!

    Your error is SendGrid API related, and not Power Automate related. Please refer to the SendGrid Web API V3 documentation which is being referred to in the POST output. Please also refer to the SendGrid connector documentation, and notice that the Email parameters are of type String. What is likely happening, is the dynamic email address you are passing through, is not of the type string. See how to use the Compose or Join data operations to convert to a string.

    Hi @Anonymous ,

    I'm confused that the screenshot shows that you are using the Send an email notification (V3) action, but the error message shows SendGrid related errors.

    Did you retest the Flow shown in the screenshot and see if the errors are the same?

    In addition, you can add a Compose action on the Send an email notification (V3) action to output the value of the Email Address, and check whether the format is as expected.

    Best Regards,

    Hi all!  I had a perfectly working flow and then all of a sudden, it is giving me this error message on a Send Email task.  Please help!  I am fairly new to power automate and am unable to understand from the solution on what needs to be done to fix the error so that it can complete remaining workflow tasks.

    Output Error:
