So I need to transfer over the flows I created to a Service account in order for the flows to run once I leave the company.
I told the IT Department and they told me that I can use and already created shared mailbox. But, dunno if this would be the same or work for me?
Because many of the flows edit things In sharepoint, edit Excel files in specific sharepoint private channels, etc. Meaning, the flows require special permission I have. I'm seeing that this suggested shared mailbox can be the owner of my flows, but I don't see the option to add this mailbox to the groups where the files necessary for the flows are hosted. So, maybe my request was mis-understood?
I sent the Microsoft documentation of Service Account so... Don't think so. But still.
Will this account work? Will that acount be able to change the Excel files? If not, what exactly do I need to say to create the appropiate account? This whole service account is really confusing 😞
