Using automated flow to push more than 5000 rows to SharePoint list

I have an automated flow, where I am pulling data from an excel table and pushing it into a SharePoint list.

I am able to do it up to 5000 rows, but above that I am getting an error that the maximum limit is 5000. Are there any work arounds for this ?
