Delete a folder in SharePoint

I'm not sure what's going wrong here. I'm using Get folder Metadata using path and delete item to delete a folder in SP. Error message: List not found
clientRequestId: 23ad54f9-a97a-4f5b-814a-57284557e186
serviceRequestId: 23ad54f9-a97a-4f5b-814a-57284557e186

Similar workflow works with the above, just not this one

    Hi @rsymmons

    What's your list name called?

    Thanks

It's a folder, and the name is defined by the date of submission field on a MS form.

    Hi @rsymmons

Thanks for your quick reply. I can see date of submission is the folder name which you trying to delete?

Yup that's the one. I actually want to delete the folder created in a location that uses \submission email address\date of submission (a date field on a MS form)

    Hi @rsymmons

Thanks for your quick reply. So what's the rest of the path?

Finance Documents is this a list library or document library?

Cash and Bank and rest of the path are folders?

    Hi @rsymmons

I have replicated your issue. The reason for list not found is you are mapping the List name from the meta data step. That is the name of the path of your meta data folder. Remove the mapping and select the actual list name from the dropdown option lists. Next the item id is the only dynamic mapping  needed, which you are mapping correctly.

    Thanks

Thanks for your quick responses too 🙂

Correct   -  Finance Documents is a library and the rest are folders.

In response to your solution, I'm not sure I follow. I need both the get metadata and delete item to be dynamic. Files are created in dynamic folders for email address\date of statement. I cannot manually select the folder path as I need to put these dynamic values in afterwards. Could you provide an example?

I'm trying to delete the date folder whilst leaving the email folder intact

    Hi @rsymmons

In your case you need to remove the List name mapping and click Dynamic then enter hardcoded value 'Finance Documents '

    Thanks
