Notification When Associated Records Have Been Closed/Deactivated

Hello, given the following: Table A and Table B in Dataverse with 1:N relationship.

I have to create a notification when all related records in Table B have changed status from Active to Inactive.

I'm not sure what trigger and conditions to use since the changes will be from Table B.

    Hi @mkxx96

    You would use the when a record is created modifies deleted trigger and then set it to modified

    Then when it’s modified check if it’s set to inactive. If it is, then you need to use the lookup value from the Table A looked up column in table B, do a List Rows on TableB where the lookup field is equal to the current modified record (that triggered the flow) TableA lookup guid.

    them check if they are all disabled in the apply to each used after the list rows. If they are email. If not don’t.
    Cheers

    HI, I'm not sure I understood.

    But Table A is the main table, is this what I'm supposed to put in the trigger?

    * After triggering, list related records from Row B

    * Check if they're inactive

    * If yes, send notification.
