Sharepoint List to Microsoft To-Do (Creating Duplicates)

Hi,

I'm trying to create a flow that will initiate when an item is modified in a specific sharepoint list, and when the column "owner" changes to a specific person this will create a new task in Microsoft To-Do.

This is working supposedly, but it is creating 2 copies of the asset I modified, and also 2 copies of 2 other sharepoint list items.

Any idea of why this is happening and how can I correct it?

    Hi @margaridafcrs ,

which exact value do you have in the apply to each loop?
As far as I understood your use case right the get items action ist not necessary.

Maybe this is an indicator to an issue.

Are your images capturing the whole flow ?

Hi! Thanks for the quick reply!

So the flow created automatically the apply to each, so I'm not sure about the value. (I'm pretty new to power automate)

Meanwhile, I deleted the "get items" part, and the apply to each stopped appearing automatically.

    I think it's working properly now 🙂

Thank you so much, I've been at this for a couple of hours!
