Hi everyone,

I am very new to Power Automate and just created my first flow that is designed to send an automated email from Outlook to a list of email addresses that are stored in a Sharepoint list.  I've gotten the flow to run a few times with test data and I am getting ready to launch it now, but I had a question about whether there is a maximum number of items that can be included in the Sharepoint list.  I may have as many as 75,000 email addresses in the list and I am wondering if I'd need to batch them to make the flow work.

Also, another issue I am wondering about is whether I might be able change my Power Automate from being a recurring flow to a button flow.  I modified a template to create the flow, and that used a recurring flow, but we only need to send the email once.    I took two pictures of the flow below.  Thanks for any advice!

    Hello @Davida1

Yes you will need to do some configuration most likely. Depending on your license. Check this doc out:

    Hi @Davida1 ,

The apply to each limit could be found in the link provided by @Jcook with different licenses.

And There is also a limit in the Get items action as @scott said in the post below:

    https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Building-Flows/Get-Items-from-SharePoint-List-Limit-of-items/td-p/564836

    Best Regards,

    Alice
