Office Script Error: "Script not found. It may have been unshared or deleted"

Hi all,

I use power as the trigger of my flow. When someone not in my organization click the button in my power apps, the flow can't find the script in the flow.

I don't consider to use "child flow" to implements run-only users, because my organization not allow me to create new solutions.

And I think the flow should run by me because someone runs this flow the connection shows my account in this log.

    Hi @sashawww :

    Maybe you could try:

1.Change the trigger of this Flow to PowerAPPs (V2)

    2. On the details page of the flow, click the "Edit" button next to "Run only users":

    3. On the "Manage run-only permissions" panel, make sure to select "Use this connection (...)"(use your credentials) from the "Connection Used" dropdown list.

If that doesn't work, maybe you can refer to this thread:

Office Script Error: "Script not found. It may have been unshared or deleted"

    Best Regards,

    Bof

I am having this same problem but in a flow that is manually triggered. The other person that I want to be able to run the flow has been made an owner of the flow, I have shared the script with them both in Excel and via the script file itself. Do you have any advice? I have looked at both this thread and the other one you linked.

This feels like a bug to me. Investigating now. Will update back to the thread...

I just double-checked with the team that owns the sharing feature. It seems a flow with a manual trigger would by default use the invoker's credentials ("connections") to run the actions. The "invoker" is the one who clicks on the button. And since the "invoker" won't have the script on their OneDrive for Business, the flow would fail on their side.

The workaround is to also add the other person as a "Run only" user and configure it to "Use this connection" so flow will be looking into your OneDrive for Business to pick the script you've created.

    Hope this helps!

Yes! This works - they don't show up in the run-only users section, still only show in the owners, but going through the process of adding them as run only and setting it to use my connection instead of theirs has worked. Thank you!
