    Hi,

Looking at the above column values- this seems to be choice column type, for this before replacing values - could you let me know whether, the value 1, 2,3 has been added as choice values in these columns ? so that flow can replace it with correct number ?

    Thanks & Regards,

    HI,

Since its does appear to be a choice, you have a couple of options. I wanted to follow up and ask, do you mean you want the Screen to show the value 1 or 2 or 3 instead of the words?

Or do you mean you want to store the values 1,2 or 3 in your backend versus the value of the Choice above?

What you can do, if its a choice, is to simply go to your Choice and update the words to be 1 2 or 3. Then have a clear guide on the screen that says what 1 2 or 3 means.

Or if this is a choice, and you want the numbers for some reason you have other options but it depends on when the use of the # is.

Because you could have another column that has a Number type. Then when you go to Patch the back end you can validate if the selected option is seldom often or never and then in THAT spot, but the number instead.
