Add new list item to Sharepoint from Outlook response

Hello,

I am looking for a proper flow that will allow my list in Sharepoint to display 'Approved" in one of the columns after an email is sent out and a user clicks the "Approved" button.

So when an email comes in to approve and the approver clicks the button "Approve" the list in Sharepoint column will be updated to input the text "Approved" or "work in progress".

How would I go about doing so? I already have the flow that sends the email I just need to have it that the SharePoint list item will be updated to say "Approved" in the last column.

Thank you

    You should be using the Send Email with options action to send the email.  You can define buttons for the user to click in the email such as Approve and Reject.

    If you use this action, your Flow will pause until a response from he email is received - you will know which button was clicked (use Selected Option from Dynamic properties).

    With that info, you can update your SharePoint list.

    Here is an example:

    Yes, but how can I update the SharePoint list with automation just on the click? I do not want to update it manually.

    Thanks

    When you click in the Id column, and go to Dynamic properties, what do you see?  You should see the ID available to you there.

    Can you post a screen shot of what you see in Dynamic properties when click click on the Id area?'

    @trini1980

    What trigger are you using?  Is it For a Selected Item?
