Form builder with connection to power automate

Hi All,

one of my clients searches a new form builder application (they are currently using jotform), which is connectable with Power Automate to move the data in a sharepoint list.

It's important for my client that the form builder allows contitional logics for questions, so microsoft forms is not an option.

Maybe some of you have/had a similar usecase and cloud give me a hint, which of the possible form builders with a connector to Power Automate is recommendable. Or are there better solutions with a http call/webhook?

I' happy for any suggestions!

    Forms does offer the ability to do branching although I don't know if it robust enough to meet your needs.

    Also, if external users will not need to access the Form, you might try simply storing your data in a SharePoint list and creating a simple Power App.

    Hi @ScottShearer

    Sadly Forms does not meet the clients requirements. Power Apps (my solution of choice) would be to complex for my client 😅 So I need a 3rd party form builder....

    I use CognitForms. trust me they are incredibly good. You can do massive amount of things with the forms and they have quite a lot of options to connect directly to the data they create.
    It is so good you can just about forget about power apps as Tomorrow it is web-based and not locked down by a Microsoft login. It has significant calculated capabilities and also has look up to other data for drop-down lists etc. I have built some really powerful stuff that all comes back to a SharePoint list at the same time I can take SharePoint and update the darter incognito. If you want more information just reach out and we can do a Teams and I can demonstrate if you like.

    @Ventit ,

    I came to the same conclusion as you 😉
