Get First table only from Get tables

Hello,

I am trying to avoid an 'Apply to Each' because I know there is only 1 table in my sheet. From googling I assume I need a First() Function here but I can't seem to get it :

Any help here is appreciated.

    I also tried :

    first(outputs('Get_tables')?['body/value'])
But I just get this error :

Http request failed: the content was not a valid JSON. Error while parsing JSON: 'After parsing a value an unexpected character was encountered: @. Path 'message', line 1, position 71.'

I am beginning to think I can't pull the table name this way 😕 To try other things.

Nevermind I overthought it. I was able to do 'Table 1' as a custom and that seems fine.

If you want to get the name you would use the below expression:

    first(outputs('Get_tables')?['body/value'])?['name']

Here it is in a screenshot:

I recently uploaded a YT Tutorial that covers how to dynamically select a table. Please reference this part of this part of the video.

    Hope this helps!
