However, I cant find a way to make it work as the condition action is different.
any suggestions?

Hello @Nick_89 You can select which days you want to trigger writhing the trigger action for recurrence.
Select Week as Frequency > than Show Advanced Options

If you want to trigger flow on working days, you could take a try with @Jcook 's suggestion.
