Getting the Date from a Form response into a SharePoint list

Hello

I have a Form which collects information for when staff need to invite someone on site.

Im trying to get a Flow to Create an  Item in a SharePoint list. When a new item is created then another Flow will notify the Security desk via email  so they know who is arriving and when.

My Form has fields such as Visitor First Name, Visitor Surname. All basic stuff.

It also has "Date of Arrival"In the Form that is a date picker field.

The problem is when creating the Flow I go to add Dynamic Data from the form into the SharePoint list when I get to the Arrival date field I cannot select Arrival Date , I can only select Submission time for some reason I do not understand.

Can anyone help?

    Hello @AdamInLondon ,

try to click on the 'See more' text on the right side above the 'Submission time' dynamic content, it will show you all available dynamic contents.

Hi I don't know if this would be any use

But I have just built a flow recently to book in deliverys from a form that adds an event to a shared outlook calendar on the date and time requested on the form.

Here's a copy of what I did it might be another solution for you.

Below is the formula for the start and end time.

    Start time: formatDateTime(body('Get_response_details')?['rb71921dfbd084ce3a0b50bca23ba1f01'],'yyyy-MM-ddT08:00:00')

    End time:

    formatDateTime(body('Get_response_details')?['rb71921dfbd084ce3a0b50bca23ba1f01'],'yyyy-MM-ddT09:00:00')
    Hope this helps
