UI element action regardless of parent screen match

Is it possible to configure a single UI element to work universally across dozens of variations of the same kind of file/window (aka dozens of different parent screens). I am composing a Flow to work with dozens of QuickBooks Desktop files, but it seems each file is recognized as it's own parent screen.

Have resorted to using image capture recognition, and for many elements I want to interact with this works just fine, but a big pain for others. Would be far more convenient to have UI elements that can be used across multiple parent screens.

I have the same question (0)

It should be possible, but you likely need to modify the parent Window selector to not include a name/title or whatever it is that changes on each file.

See here on how to modify selectors: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-automate/desktop-flows/build-custom-selectors

Thank you for the suggestion. It kindof worked. I kept adjusting different elements and turning others off, but couldn't get it to work consistently. I got impatient and developed consistency to the flow using image recognition actions, instead.
