We would like build change management process flow based on given link ( https://social.technet.microsoft.com/wiki/contents/articles/19797.sharepoint-2013-build-a-change-management-request-without-code.aspx ) and the workflow diagram. Since infopath is no longer in support from Microsoft, Flow Apps from Office 365 is the replacement. We need your assistant as we are unable to find the right configuration to build change management work flow based on the given Infopath given link.

Appreciate your kind help.

Regards,

Rajiv.

Re: Create Change Management Using Sharepoint & Flow

    Hi @Anonymous,

You could create a form list and let the user to fill.

Then you could create a flow with trigger "When an item is created" and then add a "start an approval" action to send the approval to the Change Management committee, if the Change Management committee approve the form, then add a "start an approval" action to send the approval to the Awards committee.

You could refer to link below to learn more about the Sequential approval:

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/flow/sequential-modern-approvals

    Best regards,

    Alice

    Dear Alice

We have encountered some issue related with the flow even using the valid email address.

As googling around, found below link as it mentioned about need of Azure Active Directory in order for the workflow to function properly.

Appreciate your assistance, does it means we need to have Azure AD?

    Regards,

    Rajiv26
