Remove events from calendar created by a google calendar

Dear support team,

I have the following problem I would like to solve:

Months ago I synchronized my outlook calendar with another google calendar. My account on google was removed (it was a company account) and now I have my oultlook calendar with all the events on it. If I want to remove an event, I hava to delete it one by one, because I don't know why they were not created as a recurrence event, they appear as independent ones. Then I have envents created for years and years.

What I would like to remove are the events that I have such us:

This event was created by xxx on your Google Calendar
Check out how template works and limitations: https://aka.ms/flowcalendar

Thanks in advance.

Hi there.  Have you already tried just doing a search in Outlook for events in your calendar with that string?  You should be able to highlight them all and bulk delete.

If you want to use Flow, then I'd suggest a manual trigger followed by the "Get Events (V3)" using an OData filter to grab just the ones you want.

If you follow that with a "Delete Events (V2)" and then use the "ID" from the previous step, it will kick off an "Apply to Each" loop to kill them all.  Probably important to run the Flow before you add this step to make sure it's only pulling the events you want, right?

    Keep us posted.

    Hi @saulgil,

Could you please share the screenshot of remove event error information?

I have tested that removing event which created by Google event from the Outlook, it works fine.

You can use the Get events action with filter query to get these events you want to delete, then delete them use the event ID.Annotation 2019-10-01 143836.png

After that, you can create new events set the recurrence to yearly.Annotation 2019-10-01 144136.png

I hope it can help you.

I could finally remove them by searching and bulk delete.

    Thanks for your support.
