Creating email template generator

Hi,

I am wanting to create a flow to generate a templated email. I have a share point list of data and would like a flow that selects standard paragraphs of text based on the data in the share point.

For example if somebody is appointed to a particular job role the share point is populated with the role title however an email is sent explaining the description etc of the role, within the email there would be multiple dynamic paragraphs.

Is this possible to do simply? The only way I can think of is using a condition with apply to each however think this could get complicated so looking for another way?

Instead of using a condition you could do this with a switch which is a type of condition that just looks at 1 thing and you can have about 26 "cases". For example, in case the job title column equals "Engineer" then do actions x,y,z. In case the job title column equals "Developer" then do actions a,b,c etc.
