Question Answer drives an action

Afternoon

I have devised an MS Form that in place uses branching and dependant on a yes/no answer simply skips the next few questions or continues to next. I would like to drive an action if a question response is given to yes for example, would someone be able to guide me on the type of control I can use to achieve my goal?

So in summary

Form is submitted

Based on a yes answer to one of various questions - lets say generate an email?

So I understand it would a trigger of "Once the capture form is submitted" followed by "Grab the submitted answers" but would do I use to identify that a specific question has been answered - yes?

Thanks

J

@JasonM73 you will have to add a condition to check if the response to specific question was yes, check this
