New Flow greyed out on new install

Hi All,

Looking for some help, ive installed PAD on a corporate machine, and it signs in OK, but all i can do is click start tour, everything else is greyed out?

Is there a log or something i can check to find out why its doing this?

I also created a new environment with a data verse and unrestricted DLP, made myself a system admin for the environment to rule that out, but it made no difference?

Can anyone help me!? im losing my mind with this one and google is bringing up zero related results. 😞

Once you export the logs, it will get saved on your desktop in a zip file.

filename: PAD_ProgramData_Logs_2023-03-31-11-16-15-283.zip

@Ankesh_49 Weird am i doing something wrong as i dont have machine settings?
This is running as a local administrator.

Hmmm...

I think it's greyed out on the home page and activates when you go to My Flows

Did you click "my flows" then select "environment" where you have permissions to access and create flows?

i open PAD and its greyed out, i can't click on environment or anything
