Hi @akmal_abutaib,
The maximum message size (the data sent between actions) in Power Automate is 100MB. To compound this limit, files exchanged in Power Automate are Base64 encoded, adding a 20% to 30% overhead on the file size. Thus the actual maximum file size is around 70MB to 80MB.
Currently, there is no workaround for Convert file to change the file size.

However, my question was regarding the PAGE SIZE not the FILE SIZE. PAGE SIZE refers to paper size A4, A3,
My mistake.
Fo page size, the convert file (to PDF) action converts with the A4 fixed format only.
There is no way to change the page size for OneDrive.
As a workaround, you could try one of the third party converters which provide far support
