Hi everyone! I don't seem to have the run button on my Flow interface to test my flows. Can anyone help? No_run_button_LI.jpg

HI @Grace_KAMGOUA, to have the run button display your flow needs either to have a manual trigger or a recurrence schedule trigger.

If you edit the flow you will see a Test button in the upper right hand corner.  You can use that to test a flow using data from a previous run.  Is that what you are looking for?

As @RobElliott said the actual Run menu entry is only for flows that use a manual trigger.

Ok I'll try to add a manual trigger

I have been seeing this test button but was thinking it's better to test by using Run button since that is what i am seeing everywhere on forums.

Also, the test by performing the trigger action myself takes too long and doesn't seem to work.

The only problem is that changing the Flow to a manual trigger often changes the purpose of the flow itself.  If you are triggering when a new item is added and switch that to a manual trigger you won't have an item for the flowto work on.

Alright then. I'll just have to stick with the when item is created or modified butoon

I thought maybe toggle buttons could be triggered manually. Thanks for helping

I thought I had the same problem but I realized that since my flow is Instant, I need to initiate it from a specific item in SharePoint by selecting Automate> WorkflowName.
