How to retrieve the value from a SharePoint-lists look-up column

Hi there,

I am trying to retrieve the value of SharePoint-list column ("CompanyName") to fill it in a field of a word template (using Populate a Microsoft Word template). IMPORTANT: the columns is a "look-up column".

It does not fill the columns value but a number ('46').

Trying to use the "Compose" action and fill the result in the field reviels the following string:
{"@odata.type":"#Microsoft.Azure.Connectors.SharePoint.SPListExpandedReference","Id":46,"Value":"My Companies Name"}

So the 'number 46' is whatever "Id".

My question: How do I extract the "Value" from the result of the compose action, which is the "CompanyName" I am looking for or are there other means to directly extract the value from a look-up column?

Any hints warm welcome. Best Uwe (still a PA novice)

    For lookup columns there are two fields that you can retrieve. The first is named the same as your column name, but there is an additional one with the same name but with "Value" at the end of it. As you have seen, just using the one with the column name returns the item ID. But, if you use the one with Value at the end, it will return the lookup value or "My Companies Name" in your example above.

    The screen shot below is from one of my lists where Request Number is a lookup column. At the bottom of the image is a corresponding field with Value as I described above.
