Two triggers in one flow - When a new response is submitted

Hello 🖐

I have set up a flow and at the fist trigger is "When a new response is submitted" then I can easily to get the response details and use in the following actions.

I wanna add the other trigger, the other forms subbmission.

When I want to get the response details, it will let me loop in a "apply to each loop".

if I want to get this response details, I ned to add actions in this "allpy to each' loop.

Is there any ways to remove "apply to each" ?

@Janice_Lee you can only have 1 trigger in a flow. If you have another form to process you will need a second flow.
