Hi all, i am working on a form with a choice field for countries/regions (France, UK&I, Eastern Europe etc) and depending on that choice, i want the notification/approval email to go to the dedicated specialist for that country (eg John for France, Jessica for Spain etc).

How can i do that? Can't seem to find my way around this. Thanks!

Assuming you are using PowerApps for the Form side of this.  YOu can pass the country chosen to the Flow as a parameter and then use a Switch statement to send the approval or to set variables to the appropriate values and then send one approval after coming out of the Switch.

    Hi @cristyflorin

Assuming that you have the mail addresses for folks from the regions, pelase see the screenshot and replicate:frms.PNG

Based on the options on the country field on your form, you can create the cases and then assign approvals accordingly.

    Hope this Helps!
