my solution is working in my DEV environment. But after publishing to production the users get an error when running the flow.

The users have access to the sharepoint library.
Do they need more rights to start the flow?
I already tried to add the users to "run only users" and also tried "co-owners"
I already tried to remove the flow from the power app and readd and republish it.
Is there another way to upload files to sharepoint without power automate directly with power apps?
this issue is not related to the app/flow, it's related to the Power Platform environment - the user doesn't have any role assigned for that environment hence he can't run the flow. You'll have to ask your environment admin to assign him some role, at least the Basic User role.
