eMail Attachments to SP Library - CodeTwo signature images

Hi Everyone,

I created a flow which is saves a Purchase Order form (pdf) into a dedicated SP Library when it is sent to a particular email address.

It all works well but the issue I have is, that not only the attachment is saved in the library, but also the images from the email signature.

This is a bit of an issue, as it gets messy very quickly.

I don't seem to be able to tell flow to save only PDF files and disregard .png or .jpg.

Since I'm using CodeTwo signature services, I don't think working with Exchange Rules would work.

Any suggestions? Any help is greatly appreciated!

Thanks in advance.

    Hi MrDee82,

Please try to use this template to create file in SharePoint library when an email is arrived:
    https://flow.microsoft.com/en-us/galleries/public/templates/f7a46809e53c42108034e56acf83bb79/save-my-email-attachments-to-a-sharepoint-document-library/

Then add a condition “Attachment name contains .pdf” in this flow, I have created a flow looks like below and this flow works well on my side:

    2.PNG

Please try it and feel free reply if you need more help.

    Best regards,
    Mabel Mao

     Hello MrDee82,

    CodeTwo rep over here.

When adding images to a signature template, there are two options to choose from: Local picture or Online picture. Have you tested both of them?

Please also be sure to list only a .pdf extension in the program’s rule: https://www.codetwo.com/userguide/exchange-rules-pro/strip-dump-attachments.htm?sts=6688 (Fig. 4).

Of course, if the problem persists, please do not hesitate to contact our support team directly: https://www.codetwo.com/company/contact?sts=6688 – they will be happy to assist.

    Best regards,

    Gniewko (CodeTwo)

    Hi Mabel Mao,

Thanks for your suggested solution, it worked like a charm!

I replicated the condition and the flow is now filtering any unwanted images from the email signature

    This is awesome!

    Two thumbs up!!

    Hi Gniewko,

thanks you very much for your reply and the link to strip/dump attachments.

This option does not seem to be available on CodeTwo for Office365.

However, Mabel Mao's suggestion adding a condition to Flows did do the trick!

    Many thanks,
