Hi there

When an employee leaves and their AD account is disabled, do their Power Automate flows still work?

Is there a way to control this behavior?

Thank you.

    Hello @frob

The flows will be disabled if the owner of the flow is disabled. Even more if the connections used in the flow are the disabled user, these connections would also have to change.

Ref: Solved: Flow Ownership and SharePoint - Best practices - Power Platform Community (microsoft.com)

You will want to make sure that there is a active owner, as well as all connections used to be switched to a service account or an Admin account that will never get disabled.
