Record Form Responses in SharePoint

I was watching this Youtube video titled "How To Save Microsoft Forms Responses & Attachments to SharePoint Lists or Libraries & Send Email". 
 
In the video, he uses a Power automate template, titled "Record Form responses in SharePoint". 
 
I cannot seem to find this template in Power Automate. Has it been removed? Is there a replacement?

    I just checked and its still there. Just navigate to the Template tab in https://make.powerautomate.com and search for Record Form responses in SharePoint

    When searching "forms" this is all that returns. I wonder if it's relative to my environment?

    You have an office 365 license and are logged in as your work or school account correct?  Since you are in the default environment it shouldn't be anything to do with your environment.  Or could you be in a GCC tenant? Some of the templates may be limited based on that.  The only other reason I can think of would be Data Policies set for the environment that prohibit the use of certain connectors with other connectors, like forms and SharePoint.
