Error opening Excel workbook from Sharepoint

Hello all,

I am very new to the power automate world and have been tasked with creating a simple flow that grabs an excel file from our org sharepoint and scheduled sends to parent company. I have been testing for a few day and have not been able to get around this error -  once the email is sent, the attachment is added into the email but once I preview the file, I receive the error "We're sorry, we couldn't open your workbook. It's possibly corrupt or using a file format that's not supported."

I thought this would be a pretty basic flow but have not been able to solve. I can open the excel file from SharePoint, OneDrive, and local directory without any issues. I attempted sending the file by itself to myself, and could preview/open without any issues, just once it sends through my flow I cannot open file.

Attached is the body of my flow as well as the email sent via send email action and the file preview error. Anything helps, TIA !!!

    Hi , @johnnykeesh

Can you re-create the action in classic mode in Power Automate.

In the new mode, there is currently a problem with file content.

    Hi @v-yueyun-msft ,

Thanks for the help, I re-create the action in classic mode and still getting the corrupt file error 😕 .

I'm wondering if I am using the correct actions? - it is just a basic excel file. Almost every tutorial I watched had a Get file meta data and get file content, but I may be using the wrong ones??
