Is there a way to archive old calendar items in Sharepoint to an archive subfolder?  I wanted to archive any thing that is 3 years or older. I see lots of archive post for library but not specifically for calendar items.

    Hi @S_Tran

    You can use following example to get the emails 3 year old and then use move email action on the output of filter array action to move emails to other folder

    Hi @DeepakS

    Will this work with calendar items?  When I use the "get files" I was not able to select the calendar items under "Library Name". I think that's my problem here.

    Hi @S_Tran

    Yes it does , instead of using Get Email , use Get Items action to get all calendar items and apply the filter ,here is an example: (Test is the name of my calendar list)

    Sorry, just now have time to work on this.  When I use the "Get Items" and enter in the SP Url, the List Name that automatically populate does not have my calendar listed.  When looking at site contents on the SP site my calendar is listed as "Events List" not regular "list".  The 4 lists that are showing in the drop down are the only regular 4 lists that is in site contents.  Is there a way around this?

    Hi @S_Tran

    Yes you need to select "Enter Custom Value" and just type in the calendar list name.

    So once I got the selected item for the calendar item how would I move that file to a subsite called "Archive" and delete the original item in the calendar?

    Hi @S_Tran

    You should use "Create item" to create new item in  archive list form all the values from current item and than use "delete item" to delete item from current list.

    @DeepakS

    I created a subsite called "Archive" and I have an Event List called "CompanyCalendarArchive".  When I tried to use "Create Item" it's not recognizing my subsite (even copying the url of the subsite).

    Updated: I did use the custom name.  And that seems to work.

    I did a test and it ran successfully.  But it only archive about 100 items.  I think I just need to work out the kinks in the rules.  Thanks for your help.
