Hi everyone

When I publish a Power App , its not known who will need access straight away, so i get constant access requests for the next few weeks. Is there a way for power automate to automatically approve any access requests? These are all done via work account and access requests only come via works 365 account

Thanks for any help

Do you mean Access Requests for the App or Access Requests for the Backend SharePoint data source?  If its the data source you should be able to create a flow that is triggered by the access request email and then grants permissions to the SharePoint list by adding them to the correct group.

@Pstork1 thanks for your response, ideally the SharePoint and the App if possible?

It would be possible to do both.  If you share the app using a Security Group you could have the access request email trigger the flow to add the user to that Security Group.  If you use the same group as the members of the SharePoint Group that gives access to the list that would take care of it.  The one potential issue is that there would be a delay of up to about 12 hours because group membership is cached. So when you add someone to the group their membership won't register right away. I usually tell people that if they request it today they'll definitely have it by tomorrow.
