Extract data from web page isn't working, live helper doesn't pop up

Hello everyone,

I am trying to extract data from this website(https://www.wbcsd.org/), in the first instance I was able to click the browser and open the live helper and select the information that I wanted. I then ran the flow and when it got to the action to extract the data nothing happened, and the action returned an error after waiting the 60 seconds.

I then went and tried to changes the selections I made for extraction and just couldn't select anything at all and sometimes the live helper doesn't even pop up.

Decided to close the program and try selecting again where everything just happened the same way again, I was able to select in the first instance, it didn't extract and then it doesn't even open the live helper.

This is a really frustrating error I am not being able to overcome, has this happened to anyone else and does anyone know how to solve it? I would really appreciate some help

For more clarification please clarify which data you want to extract

Seems like an issue with your installation of PAD. I would recommend trying to re-install PAD, as well as your browser extensions. If that doesn't help, report a bug to MS support.
