When a new item is created, I would like to get attachments (there can be multiple attachments), rename them (add ID of triggered item before filename), and save them back to same Item. Delete the old attachment. Would this be possible? File format can be anything from word, .jpg, .png, .pdf...
Renamed file example: 1_picturename.jpg
