Copy file from onedrive for bussiness flow owner to shared folder another user account

There is some way to copy files automatically hosted on the onedrive for bussiness that owns the flow (administrator) to a shared folder of another user.

that users can't sign on flow, we need something like a direct link to access the shared folder.

    Only way to access a share drive would be using an on-premises data gateway. Details of what that needs can be found at

    Filesystem actions allow you to select a gateway as a connection, click on the three dots to see the connections if it doesn't prompt you when you add the action.

    Hi @andreer1 ,

     

    What do you mean by "that users can't sign on flow"?

    In general, users do not need to log in to MS Flow to create a Flow, just use their corresponding account to create a connection.

    For example, if you are copying files from OneDrive for Business to a local folder, you will need to use the configuration shown below:27.PNG

    The connection configured by action should use the username and password of the corresponding user.
