Hi experts,
I have a sample list like this

Could I ask for a help to build flow to email a fixed number of people on the 1st of each month. The content of the email will include people with birthdays in that month. For example, on September 1st it will include Kevin and Lucy

Thanks very much

    @ZackUber I have created one test flow for you , where I make one additional number column in my sharepoint list where i put birthday month of the user. and then i create one schedule flow which run every month on 1st.

    Please check below screenshot to get the idea:-

    Hi @Shuvam-rpa.

    I tried your way. But to add 1 column just to enter the month of birth is quite cumbersome. I tried with the calculated column but it seems that automate is not supported. Don't know any other way?

    Hi, I'm back

    So, I've solved it myself. Here is my flow for anyone who is doing research.

    formatDateTime(item()?['DoB'],'MM')
    formatDateTime(utcNow(),'MM')
    item()?['Title']
    item()?['DoB']

    @ZackUber , I have posted that solution because to get items only for the respective month. but in your solution you are fetching all list items. think when your list go upto 1000+ items.

    @ZackUber The same solution you posted , I already think about it. but it's not a good solution for a large list🙂
