Dynamic content from connector returns null

Hello!

I was wondering if anyone could help on this issue that I've been experiencing. I am trying to utilize a BAQ from our ERP system, Epicor, to pull information to utilize in MS Flow/PowerApps/etc.

I have created a custom connector, and was able to properly connect with valid response. The body is created fine, and there are no apparent issues there.

I thought it'd be a good idea to use the connector in MS Flow to separate the "Dynamic Content" per JSON response. Whenever I try to use the "Dynamic Content", I'm unable to get any response. The response is null. I've tried a couple of things, such as adding a Parse JSON step, but I got similar results. I've also tried some conversion to string assuming that'd be an issue. But once again, no positive results.

I feel like I'm pretty close, but am missing something.

Thank you!

    Hi @jmccann ,

    I am afraid it is not difficult to see the error message in the Body.

    First please check the Flow run history to see if the Dynamic content you are using exists in the Response Body of the MRB.

    In addition, you could fill the contents of the MRB Body in Parse JSON to generate the schema, and then fill Body of the MRB in Content field.

    @v-bacao-msft ,

    It seems like the Parse JSON did the trick! I don't recall ever seeing the apply-to-each that automatically gets applied after the parse, but I'm satisfied that it works now. This opens the door for many more possibilities!

    Originally I had pasted the body from the connector response (from the custom connector screen, and not Flow) into the Parse JSON. That may have been an issue. Somewhere between the copy/pasting...

    Thank you very much!
