Hello, I've been having issues all day with enabling my Power Automate button on Power BI to return the user name of the user triggering the button and saving the output as an item to a SharePoint List. Currently, every time a user aside from the owner/developer of the flow clicks the Automate button in Power BI, it returns the username of the person who built the button instead of the user. I'm only having this issue with the username along with other identifying info from the flow such as the email and the user id. Other items seem to be working just fine.

To me this sounds like you create the connections and gave permission for others to use the connection. THe problem is, if the connection is not authenticated by the User running the app and whether the flow is run as user, it will log the Creator/Owner because it doesn't know anything about the user submitting.

You would need to either pass it to the flow User().Email for instance and save that, or you have to redo the flow to be run as user, and/or change the connections to require the User to Approve their use and it will then run as them.
