I'd like to send an email based on a sql table that will combine rows into the same email if the users are the same.

For Example, I have this example list:

Project Manager	Project Director	Project
John.allen@company.com	alissa.findafar@company.com	100.100004.5
anderson.daffer@company.com	alonzo.otal@company.com	200.7568.76543
bria.diaz@company.com	conn.batista@company.com	8909.7534.4352
bria.diaz@company.com	conn.batista@company.com	8263.92837.01
Holy.camfor@company.com	conn.batista@company.com	9384.9834.74

In the above list Bria and Conn would get their Projects combined (since they need only 1 email with all projects not two separate emails). But when the project manager is Holy, Conn would get a separate email for that project.

So there would be 4 total emails:

Project Manager	Project Director	Project
John.allen@company.com	alissa.findafar@company.com	100.100004.5	Email 1
anderson.daffer@company.com	alonzo.otal@company.com	200.7568.76543	Email 2
bria.diaz@company.com	conn.batista@company.com	8909.7534.4352	Email 3
bria.diaz@company.com	conn.batista@company.com	8263.92837.01	Email 3
Holy.camfor@company.com	conn.batista@company.com	9384.9834.74	Email 4

How do I group the emails to make this work?
