    hi,

I could see selector you're using varying component in selector i.e. Book1 in Window 'Book1- Excel'>Button 'File Tab. Please use variable using text editor option available when you open selector for uielement. in PAD on top right side you will see ui element option, there search Window 'Book1- Excel'>Button 'File Tab and open that selector to edit and put variable in it using {x}. and you can use variable that contains file name.

You can ping here selector if need further help.

Also check the selector of parent element of that uielement and modify that as well if needed. For the attributes in selector you can tick or untick them and even use contains instead of equal to in operator when you open the selector to make it more dynamic.

Please mark this as solution if it helps you solve issue. Happy to help you more.

You need to provide the full path to the output file when saving, instead of only the file name. If your %CurrentItem% targets a file stored in, e.g. "C:\RPA\Files\test.xls", then %CurrentItem.NameWithoutExtension% will only contain "test". Instead, you should use %CurrentItem.Directory%\%CurrentItem.NameWithoutExtension% to include the full path, except for the file extension.
