Hi,

I have a 3 tiers approval on a document library, all variables and approvals are working file, I have the issue in updating the library with the result of the approval, the flow goes on pending mode when it tries to "set content Approval statute"

This is a long flow I am adding the screenshot for the first approval :

the issue is when the approver rejects, I need to set the content approval to "Reject" and end the flow. but it don't pass the step

    Re: Set Content Approval status

is it possible to Update file property of a sharepoint document without changing content approval status. I need to update the approver name ( multiple approval process with dynamic approvers).

    Content approval status - enabled.

Approver name (while flow running) should reflect to the library.

    Re: Set Content Approval status

In case anybody else had the same issue, I found the cause,

the "update file properties" steps were messing with Etags. I had to change the flow and removed those stapes .and it resolved the issue
