Afternoon
I am a relative novice here but have been able to set up things nicely so far. However, I have stumbled into an issue that I cannot seem to work out.
Part of the problem is that the power automate is for shared mailbox (where there is no "reply to" action).
We have emails arriving in our inbox, which are enquiries from our customer from various websites.
I have set up a power automate to automatically reply to those enquiries. As I mentioned, there is no reply action for shared mailboxes but I used an action to create a new email "Send an email from shared mailbox V2"" that looks like a 'normal' reply by copying the body of the original email etc.) BUT have an issue with the fact that the email address From is that of the website (e.g. no-reply@blahblah.com).
I have tried to use Reply To instead of From (as on the screenshot), but that draws a blank - no email address is found (which I find surprising because when we hit 'reply' button to answer the email manually, the TO box is not 'no-reply' of the website but our customer's email address - this made me think that the email we are getting from websites is already coded to have a reply to email set as that of the customer).
Any suggestions? I have heard that it is possible to extract an email from the body of the email (the customer email address is within the body of the email itself) but little bit unsure how to go about that.
Any help would be much appreciated.
Thank you
Slawek
