This should be automatically monthly activity without interaction of power bi user or developer. the job should run every 1st of the month and .csv file should store at share point location.

My Query-
1. Is it possible to achieve using power bi?
2. If not, I can do using power automate but how to i publish it using Power BI service?

please guide.

Thank you
BR,
Nayan

Power BI alone does not have built-in functionality to schedule exports in .csv format to a SharePoint location.

Power Automate can automate the export and scheduling process
Create a Paginated Report in Power BI
Publish the Report to Power BI Service
    Configure Power Automate Flow
    • Use the "Recurrence" trigger to schedule the flow to run monthly
    • Use the "Run a Query Against a Dataset" action in Power Automate to query your Power BI dataset and extract the required data.
    • Parse the exported data into .csv format using the "Create CSV Table" action in Power Automate.
    • Use the "Create File" action in Power Automate to save the .csv file to a SharePoint folder.
