Hi,
I work with the approval process with connection - MS Forms, MS Outlook, MS Excel
For the approval process, I choose the sequential approval! There are 2 approver in the approval process. But when both approved, the approval conditions shows false.

 I made the following settings:

I don't know what's wrong?

Can anybody have experience about this?

Thank you.

The problem is that Outcome is a delimited string of all the approvers responses. So in your case with two approvers the outcome would actually be "Approve, Approve" which is not equal to "Approve" so your condition fails. Since Outcome is generated when either everyone approves or one person rejects I normally use a different condition to test Outcome. I test Outcome does not contain "Reject".  If one person rejects its false, but if everyone Approves its true no matter how many approvers you have.

Thank you, and another question is:

Now in my process the requestor will receive mail notification - approved from each approver in a sequential approval process, but I hope he will receive only one mail notification - approved after all approver approved.

    How to make it?
    Thank you
