Microsoft Forms to Microsoft Lists?

(0) ShareShare

Hi everyone!

I need to intake requests through a Microsoft Form and process them into Microsoft Lists automatically. Is this possible?

The use case is that we have client requests come in through forms, which go through an intake review process, and then would be moved to another list (one of several lists, depending on type) to be completed.

Any ideas or support would be appreciated!

    Hi @FredBaker

You can setup a flow that triggers when a form is submitted.

You can create lists (as per the review process) and then add actions in the flow to create items in the list, send approvals, emails etc. You can check this post as a starting point: https://www.techrepublic.com/article/use-microsoft-lists-power-automate/

    Hope this Helps!
