How to send emails to different recipients, each with a unique attachment?

Hi Team,

Hope all are doing good. I have a requirement. I am using a power bi table and created a power automate flow. In this table i have DUH email id, Users ID and Worktime columns. I want to communicate to each DUH with their respective Users ID and Worktime information in csv attachment. Hence each DUH will receive single mail of their users ID and worktime details in the attachment. I have created a flow and the only problem here i am facing that the attachment is having information of all Users ID and worktime. But i need DUH will get mail with their respective Users ID and worktime. In the below i am posting snapshot of step by step flow. Please help me out with solution where i need to modify the flow!

I think this may help: See: Power Automate and Excel: Combine Multiple Rows Into One Email Per Recipient – Ellis Karim's Blog

Although the example uses an Excel dataset, the same principles should apply, as the data will still be provided in a JSON format.

Your select action should select only the DUH Email Address column from the data (step 2)

Thanks for your quick support. I want this table body to be sent over an email with an attachment. How can I achieve this?

Hi @Ellis Karim,

Yes but i do not want this table to be shown in message body. Instead of it, same thing I want to send it as an attachment. Because this is only sample data i have created and testing. But in real time each DUH will have more than 400-500 records which may not be good idea to send it in table in message body. Infact it would be good if that would come in the attachment.

Please support in this regard.

Hi @Ellis Karim,

I think i got the solution. It is working for me sending email with respective attachment.

I would love to share the entire flow below, so that needy can follow and fulfill their requirement.

Inside Apply to each, below are flows.

Here providing step by step data or code used in each step.

The above are end to end flow for the below Power BI table.

With the above flow now, i am able to send mail to DUHEmail with their respective Personal ID, Sum of TotalWorktime and Band details in the attachment.
