Failed to get UI element during loop

I have a process that works as expected with the exception of 1 UI element. I have tried to modify the element manually but every time it seems to work on the first pass but on the second its not able to find the path specified. I assume it has something to do with the class of the input being 'form-control' and no other identifier I am able to pass to the PAD UI element selector. But have tried everything in my limited knowledge of PAD so looking for any guidance at this point.

What action are you using on this UI element? It is clearly a web element, but the selector looks a lot, like it has been captured with one of the local app UI actions, and not a web UI action.

Make sure you are using an appropriate action on it, that is under the Browser group of actions.

I am using a "Click UI element in window" action.

That's why it's failing. Try using the Press button in web page instead and capture a new element. Also, replace your Populate text field in window action with a Populate text field in web page action. Web automation should be done using the Browser group of actions.
